feel at home. In the relaxed atmosphere of the Avalon hotel we
certainly had no rush in leaving. Add the lovely beds, the
quietness at night and a diverse range of opportunities to spend
a day and it is no wonder we spend over a week in Bansko.

Beware, this is a good hotel: The recepcionists have not only good
language skills but also initiative for help with whatever you ask. The
well – appointed rooms are serviced every day. The atmosphere is relaxing
and bright, so you can get your bearing here. Quietly at the helm is the
captain, who with his lady wife warmly holds everything together. We
have comeback to Bulgaria partly because this hotel is so supportive,
enabling us to walk in the mountains and recover in comfort. Throughout
is has a human touch.

Had a great time staying even though there was no snow. James recomended other options like horseback riding that made our trip worthwhile. In comparison to other hotels such as Hotel Pirin, Avalon offers hospitality and a smile would recomend this hotel to anyone passing through Bansko for their holiday,
