James and Vania are such wonderful hosts which is the key to a successful hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria and thanks to you and your staff we had the most fantastic time. The ski school run by George was a real bonus and we all loved the skiing. A week to remember and we will return hopefully next year ( with Angus ).

Everything has been said!
A really wonderful set up here at the Avalon. We were made to feel comfortable on our arrival with a couple of Kamenitsas from James. This was constant throughout our stay from all the Avalon team ………they really could not do enough to help.
People like James and Vanya will in there way help to develop Bansko in the future.
Keep up the good work. The greecs will be back.

Oh, no! We forgot to write in this last September-oh, how rude!! Well thanks so much for being so helpful, for giving up a day to help us buy skis, for organizing skiing when Bansko was closed and for being Mr & Mrs Ambassador in Bansko. Has anyone been here from UK who has not met you?

Had a great time staying even though there was no snow. James recomended other options like horseback riding that made our trip worthwhile.
